Anuloma Viloma

Alternate Nostril Breathing, also known as Anuloma Viloma or Nadi Shodana, is a breathing technique used in Yoga. It's a daily exercise used in most Yoga routines.

When training Alternate Nostril Breathing, we breathe in and out, switching nostrils and keeping in the air for a few seconds each turn. We try to breathe easy and shallow and develop a completely new understanding of breathing itself. Alternate Nostril Breathing is trained in turns of only a few minutes a day.

The goal of this exercise is, to keep a good balance in usage of our nostrils and get in active control over our breathing.Training Alternate Nostril breathing can sooth symptoms of allergies, asthma, stress and hay fever and strengthen your immune system.
